We work mainly with early- and mid-career roles, which we typically define in the 0-10 years of experience range. We occasionally get opportunistic positions on the platform in the 10-15+ range. As we continue to grow our candidate user base, we're also rapidly expanding our company partnerships and the roles on our platform.
For all the positions on our site, we and our clients are open to candidates of all experience levels. What those experience ranges most consistently indicate is a minimum experience level, as well as what you can generally expect in terms of salary provided.
