We recently made the Scouted Virtual Interview process optional to help streamline the onboarding process and make it easier to see what roles are available.
However, there are still a large number of companies that have chosen to continue to require it for their unique hiring process. This will be indicated by a small video camera icon next to the job title.
While we no longer require the Virtual Interview to access jobs or to apply for most jobs, we do still highly value it and still recommend you complete it.
Completing the Virtual Interview will:
- Unlock all jobs on Scouted, including roles that require the Virtual Interview to apply.
- Increase your chances of being selected for an interview and can help streamline the interview process.
- Allow you to control your narrative and provide context to your experience.
- Help you stand out by putting a face to a name!
