Candidates who have applied to an employer outside of the Recruiter platform, or have been submitted by an outside recruiter belong to the employer. If the employer hires the candidate, the employer will not owe a fee.
Employers usually notify us right away if we submit a candidate already in their system. Some variance can be expected among the terms and conditions, as we work with many different types of clients with different preferences.
