What is the User Dashboard? I’m an employer.

In addition to your company dashboard and profile, you will also have a user dashboard  and profile. It is not required that you complete or update your user profile, and your user profile is not publicly visible. This user profile allows you to experience the Mediabistro job board as jobseekers do. And, in the future, if you are ever looking for a new job, you  can always use your user dashboard and profile on Mediabistro to do so.
